If the family does not claim the body, the school shooter in Rio de Janeiro will be buried in a pauper!

So far no family attended the Institute of Forensic Medicine of Rio de Janeiro to recognize the body's killer Wellington Menezes de Oliveira, who killed 12 children in school in Rio de Janeiro on April 7, 2011.
According to information from the Forensic Institute, no body can get fifteen days without being buried, so if the complete fifteen days of death, no relatives to attend the Forensic Institute to recognize the body of Wellington Menezes de Oliveira, the body will be declared as "Unclaimed" and subsequently be buried in a pauper.
It's the least we deserve this human garbage who committed an arbitrary act against 12 innocent children!
