Volkswagen Beetle is released on April 18




The German company, launches the Beetle, who lost the name "New", but is identical with the Beetle which was launched 73 years ago, in 1938 and sold 21 and a half million units by the end of production. After Fusta, Volkswagen launched the successor to "New Beetle" in 1998 which sold just over 1 million units by the end of production in 2010. Now Volkswagen is launching the "Beetle", a little bigger than the "New Beetle", but who remembers the old Beetle war.
The size of the Beetle increased compared with the New Beetle, it was 15.2 cm higher and 8.4 inches wider than its predecessor. But the ceiling is lower, but its design was inclined understated, which provides more space procedure. The new-generation Beetle has three engine options, two are petrol: 2.0 TFSI and the 2.5 five-cylinder with 200 horsepower and 170 horsepower respectively. Version 2.0 TDI turbodiesel develops 140 horsepower.
Jonathon Browning According to Volkswagen, the car is more fun to drive, safer and economical, but without losing its identity. The Beetle of the 21st century will be produced at the Volkswagen plant in Puebla, Mexico, but not yet disclosed pricing.

The Beetle was released worldwide by Volkswagen today, April 18, 2011 and should hit stores soon.
